Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. In the event of illness or emergencies, call or text (808) 673-6393 as soon as you're able. Cancellation policy can be discussed in extenuating circumstances and/or unforeseen events.

 

No-shows or no-calls forfeit their session and payment.

We reserve the right to cancel private or group sessions or programs due to illness, emergencies, weather, and/or other extenuating circumstances and will provide notice as soon as we're able.

Payments, Refunds, & Unused Services

Payment are made via the booking app called PocketSuite. Initial Consultations require upfront service charge. 

 

Refunds for memberships, programs, packages, or classes can be issued if requested within 5 business days after charge.

Unused services never expire and/or can be transferred to another client. When transferring services, new clients will be required to do an Initial Consultation at the service price.

Media usage

Media such as photography, video, or audio recordings may sometimes be used on our website, social media, television, newspapers, publications, presentations, and other related uses.
